A little more about me…


Let me share a little bit about my journey and how I went from working as a doctor in the NHS to becoming a painter and now also a Transformational life coach!

For many years, I worked as a GP, dedicating myself to the health and well-being of my patients. While I found fulfilment in helping others, I often felt a sense of emptiness and unfulfillment in my own life. Juggling the demands of a busy medical career and being a mum left me feeling like a cog in a machine, bound by routine and societal expectations. Despite a life that looked great on the outside, there was something missing on the inside.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I, like many others underwent a period of deep introspection. It was during this time that I discovered the profound impact of mindset and belief systems. I realised that to help others effectively, I first needed to address my own discontent and rediscover my true self.

This realisation led me to explore my creative side, and I embarked on a journey of self expression via art (a side of myself which I had suppressed for many years). Through abstract art, I found a new way to express myself and unlock my true passion. Creativity became a powerful tool for my personal growth, teaching me the value of an open mindset and the limitless potential it brings.

With this newfound clarity, I decided to shift my career path and trained as a life coach. My unique blend of medical insight and creative exploration allows me to offer a holistic approach to coaching, one that addresses both the mind and body.

Now, as a life coach, I am dedicated to helping others unlock their full potential and fall in love with their lives again. I understand the challenges of feeling stuck and unfulfilled, and I’m here to guide you through your own transformative journey.

Together, we’ll work on shifting mindsets, setting meaningful goals, and creating a life that truly resonates with your deepest desires and values.

A bit more about my art:

I create abstract paintings which are intuitive and act as a meditative space allowing for pause and refection for myself and hopefully for the viewer too. I use vibrant colours and texture to convey the depths of my inner landscape on canvas. All the paintings you can see on this website are my own!

I started painting again because I felt called to reconnect with Art. I’ve been lucky enough to win a few awards along the way. I work out of a studio in Sheffield and have participated in many group exhibitions.
